    I loved being just a few steps from the iconic Chapel Bridge and the beautiful Inseli Park. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with travel tips.

    Nothing, they putt me on top on a disco bar. I coule not get some sleep because of the loudness of the music. It is a shame. They did nothing to lower the sound despite my several request. No manager was on duty officially. How can you rent so expensive room and and purposely make guest room on top of a night club? And nobody warned us. We arrive early so it is not because it was the last room available. The manager was supposed to call me back, he never did. It is a rip off. Shame on them.

    Noise from nearby nightlife during late hours can disrupt your rest!!! Inconsistent air conditioning may leave you uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather!!!

    We decided to spend few days during our honeymoon in this beautiful hotel. We realy liked the complimentry gift offered by the hotel. Friendly Staff. Awsome room design. Clean, comfortable bed. We were afraid from the noise of the near Train Station but this was never noticed during our stay. It is an amazing hotel and this what made our honeymoon special and unforgetable.

    An extremely well appointed room with high quality fittings. Furthermore, it was very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent.

    The room looked out into an enclosed service area, as well as a small window in a luggage stowage area. The small window had no covering, which was a little disconcerting at times as there was no privacy.

    1. Superb location, 300m from Luzern Train Station, walk with luggage within 4 minutes. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. For Standard King Room: Quality facility, furniture Comfortable Bed, Quilt and Pillow Towel rack with heating function 4. Good breakfast but same things to eat every morning (we stayed there for 4 nights) Generally decent 4 stars Hotel

    For Standard King Room: Very limited room space, even hard to find place to open the case. Shower room is quit small and open design, water easily splash out.

    Absolutely fell in love with the elegant decor that blends historic charm with modern updates! The spacious Junior Suite included a luxurious Nespresso machine. Plus, the staff genuinely, turning my stay into a good experience!

    Great hotel located in the heart of Lucerne. There is no parking in the hotel, but we did find a spot and the Hotel can sell you an overnight street pass.

    We explored Mount Pilatus and enjoyed a scenic boat ride on the lake. The location was perfect for all our activities. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were solid for our needs. Be mindful, though, there's no valet service, and parking can be a bit tricky.

    Practical and spotless room, I truly enjoyed the hotel!

    Location: the hotel was adjacent to the main tree-lined boulevard, and the city center and the main station. My room included a Nespresso machine and a mini bar. The entire staff were very welcoming.

    Reception girls are very friendly and breakfast one too. Hotel is in very good location and room very good. I love this hotel and will go back again.
